and Troutman, all surrounding the 520 miles of Lake Norman. Charlotte North Carolina is approximately 20 minutes to 40 minutes from the lake area depending on the location of the property. As an expert in this area,including Charlotte, I can make your property search a successful venture.

Vikki Salari is the Broker/Owner of LakeSide Properties of Lake Norman, North Carolina. Vikki has been a resident of the Carolinas since 1996.

Graduating from Delta State University with a degree in Political Science and Social Science, it did not take long for Vikki to switch to real estate,as this has always been a fascinating field for her. Vikki's creative marketing, advertising, and background in the social sciences has molded a successful career in the real estate industry.

Vikki is a Licensed Realtor in North and South Carolina, who specializes in listing and selling waterfront homes, golf course homes, and luxury townhomes in the Lake Norman area as well as the Charlotte market.  Vikki is a designated Realtor, CMLS Member and currently updating her designation as a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.  Vikki has sold homes in the Lake Norman Luxury market and Charlotte Region, with homes selling for upward to $2,500,000. Vikki has also invested in properties for herself,as well as representing buyers and seller,which helped Vikki become an accomplished negotiator.

Lake Norman is the largest lake in North Carolina with 520 miles of shoreline and is close to the major city of Charlotte. The combination of the two makes this an ideal location. In addition, Charlotte is only a short 4 hour drive to the beaches of NC and SC. To make it even more desirable, the Blue Ridge Mountains are only 2 hours away. Vikki is familiar with each community and what each one has to offer to you as a buyer or seller looking to relocate. Frank is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in computer science.  After graduating, Frank moved to Hartford, Connecticut to begin his career with Aetna Insurance Co.  He began as a programmer, working his way up to various management positions during his17 years in Connecticut.  Switching careers to fulfill his passion in the mortgage and real estate fields, he moved to North Carolina in 1996 and has been a Lake Norman Waterfront resident since that time. 
 
Frank's philosophy for customer service and customer approval has been unsurpassed throughout his career.  Frank is a designated Realtor with 19 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry. wearing many different hats to help each customer fulfill their dreams.  He has also purchased, remodeled, and sold investment property, which makes him an expert in multiple areas.  Frank has also, in the process, built two homes while working closely with the contractors.

Frank's second passion is softball.  He is a recognized champion softball player.  His dedication to be the best player he can be is only surpassed by his desire to satisfy his clients.  Frank is also an avid golfer who is very familiar with each course in the Lake Norman and Charlotte areas.  He also loves boating on Lake Norman and is familiar with homes on and off the water. Frank enjoys giving water tours to prospective buyers so they can get a real feel for Lake Norman and the views from the lake as well as from the homes themselves.

Kole is also a special member of our team. He is a native of North Carolina and Lake Norman, having lived there since he was 8 weeks old.

Kole is our 7 year old 175 lb Newfoundland. He loves to swim, boat, and go for long car rides around the Lake Norman area.  He also loves the beaches of North Carolina, particularity Bald Head Island.

His new favorite pass time is to go to Birkdale Village have coffee at Starbucks and visit with all of the people that stop by to say hi.

Birkdale Village is an outdoor upscale shopping and fine dining center, located in the Lake Norman town of Huntersville.

Kole resides on Governors Island, with his parents Frank and Vikki Salari.
